Finland Tour Packages from India

India-founded, Finland-based DMC. Northern Lights, Santa Claus Village & glass igloos — with Schengen visa support and Indian-friendly trips from Delhi, Mumbai & beyond.

Planning a Finland trip from India? We are an Indian-founded, Finland-based destination management company (DMC) created specifically for Indian travellers chasing the Northern Lights. That means trips designed around how Indians travel — group departures, visa support, guidance on flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, food advice, and warm clothing arranged on the ground so you arrive worry-free.

Because we operate directly in Lapland rather than reselling through middlemen, you book the real experience at honest prices — no inflated agency mark-ups. From your Schengen visa documents to your reindeer safari, one team handles the entire journey end to end.

Do Indians need a visa for Finland?

Yes — Indian passport holders need a Schengen visa to visit Finland. We make this easy: every booking comes with a document checklist, a tour confirmation and a support letter from our Finland DMC that strengthens your application. Our optional Visa Support add-on includes a specialist drafting your cover letter and reviewing your file before submission. See our full Finland Schengen Visa Guide for the step-by-step process.

How much does a Finland trip from India cost?

Our land packages start from €1,350 per person (roughly ₹1.2–1.3 lakh) for a 7-day Lapland tour including accommodation, the Helsinki–Lapland night train, all listed safaris, breakfasts and a dedicated guide. International flights from India and your Schengen visa are additional — most travellers budget separately for return airfare from Delhi or Mumbai.

Best time for Indians to visit Finland

For the Northern Lights and snow, travel between December and March — ideal for families travelling over the winter holidays. Many Indian travellers plan around Christmas/New Year and February breaks. For milder weather and the midnight sun, our summer Finland & Estonia and Scandinavia packages run June–September.

“Absolutely life-changing trip. We saw the northern lights on our very first night out in Ruka and I honestly burst into tears. The guide was so patient with us and made sure everyone got amazing photos. Will book again for my parents.”

“First time ever in snow and what an introduction! The snowmobile ride across frozen lakes was pure adrenaline. Oulanka National Park felt like something from a movie. Could not have asked for a better organised trip.”
